Location : Chembur westIndustry : Plastic ManufacturingRequired experience only in manufacturing background.Working days and time: Monday to Saturday 9.30am to 6.30pmRoles and ResponsibilitiesFor Export ShippingPlanning & Execution of Export Orders received from Sales Team.Co-ordination with Liner, Freight Forwarder, and Transporter for Cargo Booking and container placement.Negotiation of Ocean / Air freight rates with CHA, forwarders, and transporters.Preparation of Pre-Shipment Export Documentation.Analyzing the Letters of Credit.Maintaining proper records with soft and hard copies, preparing MIS and daily reports.Communicating and driving the message within the export documentation team and other relevant stakeholders.Co-ordination with Custom Brokers for filling of Shipping Bills under Various Incentive Schemes.Preparation of Post-Shipment Export Documentation as per Customer and overseas statutory requirements.Follow up with ADC by visiting / FSSAI to get NOC.Co-ordination with Export Inspection Agency for Pre-shipment inspection Certificate (SGS, Intertek & Bureau Veritas).Co-ordination with the Chamber of Commerce to get the non-Preferential Certificate of Origin.Follow - up with EpGC to cover Export shipments.For ImportCo-ordinate with the supplier to get quotes under various incoterms.Co-ordination and follow-up with overseas suppliers for Import Shipment Status and documents.Co-ordination with Finance for Payment of Customs Duty and for Customer Payment.Follow up with ADC with a visit / FSSAI to get NOC.Co-ordination with Liner, Freight Forwarder, Transporter, and Custom Broker for speedy clearance of Import Export Cargo.Processing of Vendor Bills.For DGFT, CustomsResponsible for Advance Licenses / EPCG Application, Redemption, and Bond Closure.Monitor Duty Drawback claims under Section 75.Renewal of IGST LUT.Responsible for renewal of Export House Certificate.Responsible for the generation of waybills on GST Portal for Inward / Outward Cargo.Visits to various Customs Office, DGFT, GST, Export Promotion Councils, ExportInspection Agency as and when required.Document Submission and follow up with Bank for BRC’s and control and monitoring EDPMS data and IDPMS data.Modifications in IEC and renewal of all the EXIM-related documents on timely basis.Preparation & Finalization of Letter of Credit.Replies to Demand Notice of Import Licenses to attend PH for Customs Nhava Sheva / AirCargo complete Co-ordinate for our end duty collection, all the required documents from Export Dept.Replies to Deficiency Letters of Import Licenses as well as Customs Duty Calculation to present at Customs Nhava Sheva / Air Cargo.Complete successfully done calculation of Composition fees regularization and redemption/clubbing purpose subject to payment of composition fees @0.5% per month on the unfulfilled FOB value, if exports are fulfilled more than 50% within initial /extended EOP or @ 1% per month where exports have been made less than 50% within initial/extended EOP.
