Key Responsibilities ProvideL2 technical supportfor the Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) platform in enterprise environments. Troubleshoot issues related toconnectivity, authentication , andpolicy enforcementwithin ZPA. Manage and monitor ZPA components:App Connectors ,Client Connector (ZCC) ,Private Service Edge , andCloud Controller . PerformZCC client troubleshootingand assist with deployment/configuration best practices. Conductpacket capturesand root-cause analysis using tools such asWiresharkandtraceroute . Supportidentity integrationscenarios includingSAML ,SCIM ,LDAP , andAzure AD . Work closely withinternal teams , ZscalerTechnical Support , andTAMsfor escalated issues. Ensure adherence toSLAs , track issue resolution, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain technical documentation and createknowledge base articlesfor recurring issues. Collaborate on issues involvingZIAcomponents such as PAC files,SSL inspection ,RBI session handling , andweb policymanagement.
