Role Overview: The QA Manager will own the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with all quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role is essential for maintaining high compliance in engineering-to-order products and ensuring robust quality assurance at every production gate.Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS). - Conduct audits and root-cause analyses to identify and resolve quality issues. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards. - Monitor and improve non-conformance report (NCR) closure times. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality challenges. - Train and mentor the quality team to ensure adherence to quality standards. - Develop and implement quality metrics and reporting systems.Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. - 8+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the defense or manufacturing sector. - Proven track record of managing QMS and conducting audits. - Strong knowledge of quality assurance and control processes. - Familiarity with ISO standards (preferred, not required). - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with root-cause analysis and corrective action processes. - Strong leadership and team management skills.Salary Range: - INR 12-15 LPA (commensurate with experience and qualifications). - Note: Additional benefits and performance-based incentives can significantly enhance the overall compensation package.To inquire further please reach out to recruitment@
