We want you as ourEcommerce Account Managerfor a portfolio of fast-growing private label brands!Location:Mumbai, Maharashtra, India Level:Mid-Senior Type:Full TimeAbout the Role:You’ll drive performance for our private label brands across top marketplaces, includingAmazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart,andNykaa —developing effective strategies, overseeing execution, and collaborating across teams to deliver results.Key Responsibilities:Lead growth and performancefor private label brands on major ecommerce platforms. Manage and growthe company’s private label brands on prominent platforms: Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and Nykaa. Develop and implementsales and marketing plans to boost brand visibility and sales. Analyze sales data and market trendsto identify opportunities, optimize pricing, and drive profitability. Coordinate with catalog, creative, and supply chain teamsto ensure a seamless customer experience. Monitor key account metrics , including P&L, to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Oversee product launches, campaigns, and promotionsend-to-end. Maintain strong relationshipswith platform account managers and leverage insights to stay ahead of market trends. Coordinate closely with marketplace teamsfor: Art event planning:Ensuring brand participation in key sales and promotional events, managing creative alignment and deadlines. Joint Business Planning (JBP):Setting mutual growth targets and aligning strategies with marketplace partners. Fee waiver negotiations:Securing reduced platform fees during special launches or campaigns to maximize profitability. Special deals & promotions:Managing exclusive offers and campaigns for greater visibility and sales. Marketplace advertising (AMS, Sponsored Ads, etc.):Collaborating on campaign briefs, performance review, and insights for optimization. Coordinate with internal teamsto ensure: Best-in-class customer support Operational excellencewith the Operations team Brand engagement and visibilitywith the Social Media team Efficient financial processeswith the Finance teamRequirements 3–6 years of experience managing ecommerce accounts for FMCG, lifestyle, or private label/D2C brands. Strong understanding of marketplaces, listing optimization, ads, and analytics. Demonstrated results in sales growth and P&L management. Analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.
