Job Title:Financial Systems Business Analyst Location:Indore / Pune (Hybrid) Experience:8–10 years Employment Type:Full-TimeAbout the Role: We are looking for aFinancial Systems Business Analystwith in-depth experience inSAP Business ByDesign (ByD)to join our Technology Division. This role will involve working closely with finance teams, technical stakeholders, and implementation partners to drive process improvements, support digital transformation, and enable effective use of the SAP ByD platform across the organization.Key Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between Finance stakeholders and the technology team for SAP Business ByDesign Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Finance & Accounting processes Configure or support the configuration of SAP ByDesign modules (AP, AR, GL, Revenue Recognition, Timesheets) Coordinate and lead UAT, testing cycles, and deployment activities Work with internal and external SAP development teams on enhancements and issue resolutions Maintain a strong understanding of UK accounting practices, including VAT compliance Participate in process redesign and standardization initiatives to improve efficiency Create user documentation, test scripts, and training materials Work in Agile/Scrum environments using tools like Azure DevOps Must-Have Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field 8–10 years of total experience, with at least 3+ years inSAP Business ByDesign Strong understanding offinance functions : AP, AR, GL, Revenue Recognition, Timesheets Solid experience inbusiness analysis ,functional documentation , andsolution design Familiarity withUK/International accounting standards , especiallyVAT Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools – Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint Experience withAgile methodologiesand tools likeAzure DevOps Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsNice to Have: SAP ByDesign Certification Experience working with development teams (onshore/offshore) Knowledge of other financial tools like QuickBooks, D365, etc. Experience in government contracting or development organizationsIf this sounds like you or someone in your network, please share your resume at mradul.khandelwal@ or apply directly via this post.#BusinessAnalyst #SAPByDesign #SAPFinance #FinanceJobs #AccountingJobs #Hiring #ERPJobs #Agile #InfoBeans #IndoreJobs #PuneJobs #UKVAT #DigitalTransformation #NowHiring
