The ideal candidate should have8+ years of overall experiencein SAP and middleware technologies, includingat least 1 full-cycle end-to-end implementationsusing SAP IS-U (CS) .Required Skills: 8+ years of hands-on SAP IS-U CS configuration and implementation experience (move-in/move-out, disconnection/reconnection, contract account management, contact log, BPEMs etc). Work closely with billing, device management, and SAP Service cloud C4C teams to ensure seamless integration. Deep understanding of utilities-specific business processes (e.g., meter-to-cash, customer onboarding, service requests). Experience with integration to SAP C4C, FICA, and Device Management.
