In this role, you will act as a vital link between developers, project stakeholders, and users by documenting requirements and detailed technical specifications. You will shepherd projects through the full SDLC. This position is fully remote.The Responsibilities :Turn incoming project requests related to the public website into detailed requirements and/or specifications Review requirements with US-based stakeholders and India developers to gain consensus before development starts Work with the website development team and stakeholders in managing scope, schedule and quality of projects Collaborate with the US-based Enterprise team on projects that require integration between the two systems Showcase project deliverables to stakeholders Partner with lead engineer to ensure project expectations are delivered onThe Qualifications :Related university degree or college diploma required and/or an acceptable equivalent of education and experience Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, with strong project management expertise. Strong skills for driving documenting stakeholder requirements that are clear and actionable and driving the scrum process with the teams Ability and willingness to work US hours, as this role requires significant collaboration with US stakeholders (both internal client and engineering resources) Experience with content management systems and website user experience is required Ability to lead through influence and effectively communicate across multiple stakeholders. Understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript and SQL databases is preferred Strong organization and English communication skills (both verbal and written) Self-starter with the ability to multitask and support multiple project initiatives according to deadlines Desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-based environment Data driven, including ability to complete analytics to inform road maps, and detail-oriented Ability to maintain a calm demeanor while organizing resources to resolve system outages or feature failures.
