Each day will present exciting challenges and opportunities to lead, grow, and make a measurable impact. You will oversee a portfolio of medium to large-scale projects for US-based clients, managing 8–12 concurrent engagements, ensuring delivery excellence, and serving as the senior escalation point. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional global teams to drive quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Here is what you will do:Lead delivery execution across 8–12 concurrent, complex projectsEnsure project timelines, quality, and financial targets are met or exceededAct as the primary escalation point for US-based clients and build trusted partnershipsCoordinate globally distributed teams—onshore/offshore engineers, solution architects, and SMEsTrack KPIs, forecast resource needs, and maintain high team utilization and efficiencyDrive delivery excellence using standardized methodologies, proactive risk management, and clear stakeholder reportingMentor project managers and delivery leads within your portfolioKey Skills to Succeed in This Role:Proven track record in delivering digital transformation or platform-based solutions (e.g., AI, SaaS, Cloud)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with global clientsStrong understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery methodologiesExperience working with geographically distributed teams across time zonesAbility to manage project financials, delivery KPIs, and client success metricsExceptional client-facing skills and the ability to build trust-based relationshipsExperience engaging with senior/executive-level stakeholdersStrong consulting background with customer-facing engagements and solutioningManage, Master, and Maximize with MResultMResult is an equal-opportunity employer committed to building an inclusive environment free of discrimination and harassment.
