We are seeking an experienced Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing, supporting, and customizing Infor CSI (SyteLine) solutions. This role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver effective ERP solutions, focusing on development, integration, and support activities.Key Responsibilities:Implementing and supporting Infor CSI (SyteLine 8-9, CSI 10) systemsParticipating in the full ERP lifecycle including implementation, conversion, and rolloutDeveloping and customizing reports, forms, and data viewsIntegrating SyteLine with other systems using APIs and IDO developmentSupporting system upgrades, support, and enhancementsCollaborating with functional teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutionsRequired Skills & Qualifications:5+ years of experience as a Technical Consultant with expertise in SyteLine 8-9 and CSI 10Bachelor’s degree (B.E/B.Tech) or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related fieldProven experience in implementing and supporting Infor CSI (SyteLine)Strong understanding of ERP implementation, conversion, and rollout lifecycleHands-on experience with Microsoft technologies including .NET Framework, C#, Web APIExperience in SyteLine development, integration, and customizationProficiency with Data View, Mongoose Reporting, Form customization and developmentExperience with reporting tools such as SSRS and Crystal ReportsExcellent knowledge of SQL Server (Stored Procedures, Cursors, Triggers, Functions) and PL SQLExperience with IDO development, Custom Assemblies, and API integrationStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively from both technical and functional perspectivesA team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
