Interested applicants please email your CV to madhavi.deshpande@Year of Experience required : 20+ Years with at least 5 years in a Leadership RoleStrategic Leadership: Provide overall leadership and direction to multiple operational units within (PAN India) ·Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient and effective production operations, meeting quality, cost, delivery, development, safety and Morale (QCDDSM) targets.·Performance Management: Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) to optimize operational performance and eliminate waste.·Quality Assurance & Customer Satisfaction: Assure customer quality, standards and maintain strong relationships with OEM customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products according to specifications.Supply Chain Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics to ensure smooth production flow.·Financial Oversight: Develop and manage budgets, control operational costs, and meet profitability targets. ·Workforce Development: Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous learning.Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to industry standards (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 14001), legal regulations, and internal company policies.Technology Integration: Support implementation of Industry 4.0 technologies to enhance productivity, traceability, and automation.Crisis Management: Lead response and recovery efforts during disruptions such as supply chain issues, equipment failures, or labour disputes.
