We combine personalized admissions strategy with world-class academic instruction to help students succeed across standardized tests, school curricula, and global university applications—including undergraduate and Master’s-level admissions.Role Overview: Sales Consultant – Admissions Counseling & Tutoring PlansWe are seeking an ambitious, persuasive, and consultative Sales Consultant to drive conversions for our college admissions counseling and tutoring services. This role involves directly engaging with parents of high school students preparing for college, and families of graduates applying for Master’s programs in the U.S., UK, Canada, and beyond.The role is based onsite in our Bangalore office, with responsibilities spanning lead conversion, relationship building, pitch delivery, and cross-selling tutoring solutions (SAT, ACT, IB, IGCSE, APs, GRE/GMAT prep) alongside counseling packages.Key Responsibilities1. Parent Consultation & Sales ConversionConduct structured consultations with parents and students, understanding their academic needs, goals, and university ambitions.Offer tailored counseling and tutoring packages across UG and Master’s admissions.Convert inbound and marketing-qualified leads through consultative, non-pushy sales techniques.2. Pipeline & CRM ManagementMaintain accurate records of leads, call logs, follow-ups, and deal stages using CRM tools.Ensure timely movement of leads from inquiry to enrollment with detailed documentation.3. Collaboration with Academic & Counseling TeamsAlign closely with the counseling and tutoring teams to communicate expectations, timelines, and student-specific needs.Provide feedback from prospects to improve service offerings and address objections.4. Sales Strategy & Performance TrackingMeet monthly revenue and enrollment targets across UG and Master’s categories.Upsell/cross-sell relevant services such as test prep, research mentorship, essay reviews, and crash courses based on student stage and goals.5. Event-Based Lead EngagementParticipate in online webinars, offline school fairs, and open houses to engage families and generate new qualified leads.Follow up with event participants and nurture long-term interest in our services.Preferred QualificationsAcademic & ProfessionalBachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Education, or related fields.2–5 years of experience in consultative sales, preferably in education, EdTech, test prep, or high-involvement B2C services.SkillsFluent spoken and written English; ability to explain complex services in clear, empathetic language.Strong objection-handling and relationship-building skills with parents of teens and young adults.Familiarity with U.S./UK college admissions, testing formats (SAT, ACT, GRE), and global university landscapes is a plus.Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce), Google Workspace, and Zoom.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Lead-to-enrollment conversion rateAverage revenue per client (ARPC)Parent satisfaction (post-sale CSAT)Upsell/cross-sell rate of tutoring and advanced offeringsFunnel speed and lead follow-up efficiencyCompensationCompetitive fixed salary with commission structure.Performance-based bonuses and rewards for top performers.Opportunity for rapid growth into Senior Consultant or Team Lead roles as CollegePass scales nationwide.Work ScheduleFull-time, 5-day work week (Tuesday to Saturday)Core working hours: 11 AM to 8 PM ISTOnsite role at our Richmond Road, Bangalore office.
