Job Summary:We are looking for dynamic and results-driven professionals to join our US Sales Process team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This role involves outbound/inbound calling to US-based clients/customers to promote and sell products/services.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential US customers to promote products/services.Respond to inbound queries, providing information and resolving concerns effectively.Build and maintain customer relationships through excellent service and communication.Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.Maintain call records and update CRM systems with relevant data.Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and conversion rates.Required Skills:Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.Good listening and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with sales techniques and CRM tools is a plus.Willingness to work in night shifts and handle US time zones.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.Previous experience in a US sales or voice process is an added advantage.Benefits:Attractive incentives and performance bonuses.Salary - 35K Take home per month.
