Location: Nashik, MaharashtraCompany: Thakorji / TKJ’sJob Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a driven Account Manager to lead growth and operations for our key accounts in the fast-paced world of FMCG and travel retail. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our business ensuring product availability, managing retailer/partner relationships, streamlining operations and unlocking growth opportunities.As part of a high-growth startup, you’ll work directly with leadership, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure our products move efficiently and our customers stay delighted.Key ResponsibilitiesManage Key Retail Accounts: Own end-to-end relationships with Airport Operators and strategic partners.Drive Revenue Growth: Identify and execute upsell/cross-sell opportunities, new store activations, and category expansion.Operational Coordination: Ensure timely delivery, stock availability, order fulfilment, logistics and payment collections across channels.Market Intelligence: Track sales data, competitor activity and customer feedback to inform strategy.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain, sales, marketing, and finance teams to meet account objectives.Reporting & Insights: Create dashboards and account performance reports to track KPIs and recommend improvements.Problem-Solving: Tackle day-to-day account challenges with agility, accountability, and a customer-first mindset.What We’re Looking For2 to 5 years of experience in account management, trade marketing, category management, or operations (preferably in FMCG or Retail spaces).Strong understanding of distribution, retail, and logisticsExcellent communication skills in English, interpersonal and negotiation skills.Highly organised with a bias for action and ownership.Comfortable working in dynamic, high-growth environments.Proficient with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and basic CRM/reporting dashboards.Bonus Points If You HaveExperience working with Airport Retail Travel Retail or Modern trade.Knowledge of supply chain/logistics in FMCGHands-on experience in launching new geographies or accountsWhy Join Us?Be part of a new-age FMCG brand redefining how India consumes beverages at Airports.Work directly with the founder and leadership teamFast-track growth opportunities in a rapidly scaling startupVibrant, collaborative, and ambitious team cultureperformance bonuses, flexible schedules, medical insurance.Apply NowExcited to shape the future of FMCG with us?
