This role also helps build metrics to evaluate the impact of learning initiatives.Key Tasks & ResponsibilitiesPartner with L&D Managers and business leaders to identify and validate learning needsManage end-to-end delivery of learning programs (virtual, live, blended)Administer the Learning Experience Platform & Learning Management SystemConduct thorough training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning requirements across different roles and departmentsDrive adoption through engaging communication strategyTrack learning metrics, provide insights, and recommend improvementsSupport learning adoption across functionsBenchmark externally to enhance the learner experience with innovative learning solutionsManage external vendors and partners for learning delivery, content developmentImplement evaluation frameworks to assess training effectiveness using Kirkpatrick's model or similar methodologiesManage and maintain LMS and LXP including content uploads, user enrollment, progress tracking, and system optimizationWork closely with external training vendors and consultants to supplement internal capabilitiesQualifications & Experience2–7 years of experience in Learning & Development Proven experience in managing end-to-end learning program executionMBA in HR or Master's in Psychology/Learning Design preferred Experience on working on LMS & LXP preferredSkills RequiredInstructional Design & Curriculum DevelopmentTraining Delivery & FacilitationLearning Experience Platform ProficiencyContent Creation & Digital Learning ToolsChange Management & Organizational DevelopmentData Analysis & ReportingStakeholder Management & Business AcumenNeeds Analysis Learning AgilityAnd above all of this, an undying love for beer!We dream big to create future with more cheers.
