Role Overview:The Field Service & Training Manager will oversee the installation, training, and warranty services for customers. This role is essential for ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships.Key Responsibilities:Manage installation, training, and warranty services for customers.Develop and implement training programs for customers and field service engineers.Monitor and improve mean time to repair (MTTR) metrics.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and implement solutions.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.Develop and maintain service documentation and training materials.Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Customer Service Management, or a related field.8+ years of experience in field service and training, preferably in the defense or manufacturing sector.Proven track record of managing installation and training programs.Strong knowledge of warranty services, customer support processes, and logistics/parts inventory management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Familiarity with regulatory and safety standards.Proficiency in tools such as SAP (or other ERP systems), CRM software, and inventory management tools.Salary Range:INR 12-16 LPA (commensurate with experience and qualifications).Note: Additional benefits and performance-based incentives can significantly enhance the overall compensation package.To inquire further please reach out to recruitment@
