Tekion is a $4Bn US-based B2B SaaS started by Ex-CIO of Tesla.LinkedIn: HSR, Bangalore (Office)About this role:As a founding member of our HR team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our recruitment and employee engagement strategies. You’ll work closely with our Founders and Leadership teams to gain a deep understanding of our company culture and translate hiring insights into actionable HR initiatives.Key Responsibilities:●     Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles within the organization.●     Employee Onboarding: Help design and execute a seamless onboarding experience for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.●     HR Operations: Support day-to-day HR activities, including documentation, database management, and compliance tracking.●     Employee Engagement: Plan and execute initiatives to enhance company culture, team bonding, and overall employee satisfaction.●     Performance Management: Assist in tracking employee performance metrics, coordinating feedback sessions, and maintaining HR records.●     HR Policy & Compliance: Ensure all HR policies are up to date and assist in implementing best practices in compliance with labor laws.●     HR Playbook Development: Contribute to refining our HR policies and processes, incorporating best practices discovered through your experience.●     Learning & Development: Help organize training sessions and professional development programs for employees.●     Payroll & Benefits Assistance: Support the HR team in managing payroll, benefits, and employee welfare programs.●     Reporting: Keep the HR Manager updated on weekly, monthly, and quarterly HR activities and progress.Qualifications:●     Education & Experience: A Bachelor's degree (MBA in HR preferred).●     People Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across the organization.●     Communication Champ: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.●     Organized & Detail-Oriented: Strong ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and maintain HR documentation accurately.●     Tech Savvy: Proficiency in HRMS tools, LinkedIn Talent Solutions, and other recruitment platforms.●     Growth Mindset: A keen interest in learning and scaling within the HR function.What can you expect? ●     Day 0 startup experience.●     Stipend of 20,000 INR per month●     Opportunity to learn from Founders who are senior leaders in HR, Product, and Tech.●     Hands-on experience in talent acquisition, engagement, and HR operations.●     Unlimited potential to grow your career in HR within a fast-growing company
