You’ll build and lead the analytics team, set up key dashboards and frameworks, and play a pivotal role in shaping Swish’s business trajectory.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn analytics across growth, operations, marketing, supply chain and finance functionsBuild and scale dashboards, BI tools, and reporting mechanisms for daily, weekly, and monthly reviewsProvide actionable insights through cohort analysis, A/B testing, and experimentationWork closely with product and engineering teams to implement event tracking and data instrumentationSet up forecasting models and drive performance benchmarkingHire and mentor a team of analysts; drive a culture of rigor and experimentationSupport leadership with strategic decision-making through robust data narrativesWhat We’re Looking For5–8 years of experience in analytics, preferably in consumer internet or high-growth startupsStrong command of SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Metabase)Experience with Python/R for data analysis is a plusProven track record of solving ambiguous business problems using dataAbility to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholdersComfort working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environmentNice to HaveExperience in hyperlocal, food tech, or quick commerce spaceUnderstanding of unit economics and business levers in a consumer businessFamiliarity with tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Clevertap
