Our expertise spans across web development, mobile app development, and digital marketing services.We are now expanding our Digital Marketing division and are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager who can drive business growth by securing new digital marketing projects from both domestic and international clients.Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, Content, Branding, etc.)Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets from digital marketing servicesGenerate qualified leads from international and domestic markets through networking, cold outreach, LinkedIn, Upwork, and other platformsEstablish relationships with decision-makers, pitch service offerings, and close dealsMaintain a healthy pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups for business conversionCandidate Profile:Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in selling digital marketing servicesStrong network or past experience in working with overseas clients (especially USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong negotiation, pitching, and deal-closing abilitiesGoal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targetsPrior experience working with IT / Digital Agencies is preferredSalary: Competitive, based on experience and current industry standards.To Apply: Send your updated CV to: tulika.hr@
