Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions.Stay updated on all applicable laws such as Income Tax, GST, PF, ESI, Labour Laws, Regulators, etc., and comply with themExamine financial and legal documents to verify accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and acceptable financial principlesMIS Reporting - Perform a variety of advanced financial analyses to determine the present and forecasted financial health of the companyEnsure compliance concerning Board Meetings, documentation concerning Minutes, as well as filing documents with the ROC.Collaborate with management on the development and execution of funding strategies.Treasury ManagementActively support critical functions such as Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, GST Audit,Internal Audit:Finalization of Books of AccountLiaison with auditors by coordinating information requirements concerning GST ComplianceReview the Books of accounts - GST recordings.Reconciliation of Books with GSTR 3B concerning GSTR 1 & GSTR 2AReview of Monthly & Annual ReturnsLiaison with the GST Department as and when notices/ queries are raised.Oversee the MIS reporting of the business development activities of the Company.Competency / Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointCreative and critical thinking skillsStrong communication and presentation skillsKnowledge of spoken and written Kannada is a must.Complete working knowledge of TallyEducation: Graduate, along with a Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or EconomicsWork Experience: 6 to 8 years’ hands-on experience in a senior financial management position in the Corporate SectorAbout Brickwork IndiaBrickwork India, a Women-owned, ISO 27001:2013 certified company, pioneered the concept of Remote Executive Assistant (REA) & Remote Research Assistance in early 2005.
