You'll handle both inbound and outbound lead communication and ensure a seamless pre-enrollment experience.Key ResponsibilitiesCall and counsel 40–50 leads daily across cold, warm, and hot segmentsExplain the course structure, benefits, and value proposition clearly and persuasivelyPersonalize conversations using a pre-approved script and pitch frameworkMaintain daily call logs, lead status, and updates on Google SheetsFollow up with leads and push conversions while maintaining a helpful, consultative toneSubmit daily reports on lead activity, conversation quality, and outcomesCoordinate with the internal team in case of any escalations or feedbackMeet weekly conversion targets (minimum 20 enrollments/week) and earn incentives per successful hireEligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation preferred)Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)Prior experience in EdTech / telesales / recruitment counseling is a plusComfortable working remotely with own phone, laptop, and reliable internetEnergetic, self-motivated, and proactive with a student-first approachWillingness to work on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and take weekday offs
