Job Title: HR ManagerLocation: Surat, GujaratCTC: ₹8–12 LPA (based on experience and qualifications)Department: Human ResourcesReporting To: Director / Business HeadAbout the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all strategic and operational aspects of human resources within our growing organization. This role demands a proactive professional who can drive HR initiatives, enhance employee engagement, and support the business with efficient HR policies and systems.Key Responsibilities: HR Strategy & Policy Development:Design, implement, and update HR policies and frameworks that align with organizational goals and ensure statutory compliance.Performance Management:Oversee the performance management system including goal setting, mid-year and annual appraisals, and support continuous feedback and development culture.Employee Relations:Foster a healthy and collaborative workplace environment by resolving employee grievances, conducting disciplinary procedures, and supporting conflict resolution.Learning & Development:Identify skill gaps and coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities and drive productivity.Compensation & Benefits Management:Administer and optimize C&B structure, ensure timely payroll processing, and manage incentive and reward programs.Compliance & Legal:Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and HR-related regulations, including audits, documentation, and liaison with legal advisors.HR Operations:Supervise HR operations including attendance, leave, HRMS, MIS reporting, and documentation to ensure accuracy and timeliness.Organizational Development:Work closely with leadership to drive organizational culture, change management, and internal communication strategies.Required Skills & Qualifications: MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management or equivalent.6–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, textiles, or service sectors.Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory regulations.Proficient in HRMS and Microsoft Office tools.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.What We Offer: A performance-driven work culture with continuous learning opportunities.An inclusive and collaborative team environment.Competitive compensation and benefits structure.#HRManager #HRLeadership #EmployeeEngagement #PerformanceManagement #WorkplaceCulture #HRStrategy #SuratJobs #HRProfessionals #OrganizationalDevelopment #HumanResources #LearningAndDevelopment #ComplianceMatters #HRGeneralist #HRLife
