Key Responsibility AreasCollaborate with production planning to set realistic production targets for the weaving preparatory processes.Monitor and analyse actual production output, identifying variances and implementing measures to achieve or exceed targets.Optimize processes to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.Implement and enforce quality control measures to achieve high Right First Time (RFT) rates in the weaving preparatory processes.Collaborate with quality assurance teams to identify and address issues affecting product quality.Provide ongoing training to preparatory teams to enhance skills and reduce errors.Monitor and manage employee attendance within the weaving preparatory department.Implement strategies to minimize absenteeism, including effective communication, recognition programs, and addressing underlying issues.Collaborate with HR to implement attendance policies and initiatives.Develop and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.Conduct regular safety training and awareness programs for preparatory teams.Implement measures to prevent accidents and achieve a zero-accident goal.
