We are looking for a passionate and experienced  Data Analyst Trainer  to deliver practical, hands-on training sessions to undergraduate students across  arts and science colleges in Tamil Nadu . You’ll play a key role in empowering students with real-world data analytics skills—from Excel and SQL to data visualization and Python.Key Responsibilities:Deliver the 45-hour  “Advanced Data Analytics”  curriculum in an engaging, structured classroom format.Train students in key tools and platforms such as  Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SQL, Python, and Google Sheets .Guide students through modules including:Excel for Data AnalysisDatabase Basics & SQL QueriesData Cleaning & TransformationData Visualization & DashboardsIntro to Python for AnalyticsApplied Analytics ProjectsMentor students on practical, real-world projects such as:Building Excel dashboards for sales/HR dataWriting SQL queries to analyze datasetsCreating interactive visualizations with Power BI or TableauPerforming basic data analysis using Python (pandas, matplotlib)Foster analytical thinking, guide project execution, provide constructive feedback, and conduct assessments based on course rubrics.Coordinate with the program team to continuously improve learning outcomes and session delivery.Requirements:2+ years  of industry experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or similar fields.Prior teaching or mentoring experience is highly preferred.Proficiency in tools such as  Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Python (pandas, matplotlib), and Google Sheets .Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners.A passion for education and the ability to engage diverse learners with practical, job-oriented content.Why Join Us?Create Impact:  Help arts and science students gain access to in-demand analytics skills.Hands-on Teaching:  Go beyond theory with interactive, tool-based sessions and real-world datasets.On-ground Experience:  Travel to colleges and connect directly with students and faculty.Collaborative Culture:  Work with a committed team focused on quality skilling and learner success.Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary, FreelanceContract length: 2.5 monthsPay: ₹700 - ₹1,000 per dayBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementSchedule:Day shiftMorning shiftWork Location: VirudhachalamExpected Start Date: 31/07/2025
