We are looking for a driven Public Health BIM Modeler to join our team.QualificationsMinimum 2-4 years’ plus experience with a Diploma/ Degree in Engineering. Should be an expert in using Revit & NavisworksDegree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.Experience in Middle East projects will be highly preferred.Project RoleBIM Development: The creation and management of detailed BIM models for public health projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards.Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate various components into a cohesive model.Model Coordination: Ensure model coordination and clash detection to identify and resolve potential conflicts before construction begins.Standards Compliance: Ensure that all BIM models comply with relevant standards, guidelines, and protocols, including public health facility regulations.Project Management: Oversee BIM workflows and processes, manage project deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of BIM deliverables.Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.Service Knowledge : Should have decent knowledge about Drainage,Water Supply,Storm Water & Fire Protection ServicesBasic Design Knowledge regarding PHE & Fire Protection Services will be an added advantage
