Greetings from Live Connections!Now Hiring: Technical Support Executives | US ShiftLocation: DLF Building, Gachibowli, HyderabadProject: Leading Global Tech Platform (Mobile App Support)Shift: US Shift (Night shifts included)Experience: Minimum 2 Years in Technical Support / Helpdesk with customer interaction.CTC: Up to ₹4.75 LPAJoining: Immediate joiners preferredWork Schedule: 5 Days a Week | 2 Days Rotational OffCab Facility: Two-way cab within 35 km radius of the officeKey Responsibilities:Provide technical support for mobile applications listed on a major app distribution platform.Troubleshoot issues like app crashes, installation failures, login problems, and other usability concerns.Communicate with users through email, chat, or voice support to resolve technical issues.Escalate complex problems to internal technical teams as needed.Document resolutions and update knowledge base articles for future reference.Skills Required:Strong understanding of Android OS and mobile app ecosystems (preferred, not mandatory)Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal.Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical ability.Basic understanding of network-related concepts (Wi-Fi, connectivity).Comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.Experience with remote troubleshooting tools is a plus.Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support/technical support/helpdesk roles.Graduate in any discipline with valid documentation.Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US hours.Ready to join a high-impact tech support team?Apply now or refer someone who would be a great fit!
