These Inclusive Support Specialists provide top-tier support by addressing barriers, fostering partnership, and committing to ongoing education.We are seeking a proactive, technically skilled Access Partner (AP) to provide tailored support for a blind Data & Appliance Analyst based in India.This role is vital in ensuring accessible, efficient workflows in a fast-paced, technical environment. You will support the client in navigating visual, data-driven tasks, interpreting UI layouts, and summarizing complex dashboards—helping to bridge accessibility gaps in real time.Supporting a blind Data & Appliance Analyst under the Cloud Plus, AI org. They use JAWS screen reader and VoiceOver. Their role is responsible for coding, analyzing data dashboards and managing technical projects through platforms like ADO and Azure.This role is not a “tester” position, you are there to act as a support for the client to enable them to do their job. Your job is not to do there job it is to support the enablementKey responsibilities:Translate visual assets (e.g., images in chat, charts, dashboards) into accessible formatsPrepare PowerPoint presentations using data and visuals from Excel and other toolsFollow up on inaccessible or unlabeled content (e.g., videos, graphs, or screenshots)Visual Studio (basic understanding of code structure is required)Strong visual interpretation abilities—quickly understand graphs, dashboards, and layout structuresExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAble to manage follow-ups, summarize discussions, and take notes during meetingsComfortable with urgency and frequent task-switching in a high-speed, technical team environment.Bonus Skills:Prior experience working with blind professionals or knowledge of JAWS screen reader.Familiarity with Power BI and Excel data filtering.Working Conditions:Ability to work at a computer for up to 8 hours daily, and assist clients with accessibility needs both remotely and in-person.Remote role with occasional travel to the office based in Noida.10am – 7pm IST – with some late evenings due to calls with USA.Salary & BenefitsStarting salary ₹2,343,575 - ₹3,515,364 ($26,979 - $40,468) Performance review conducted every year.Travel & accommodation provided.Laptop provided and one-time office equipment reimbursement.Partial phone bill reimbursed.Dedication Professional Development Fund.
