The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying scalable, production-grade AI/ML solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design intelligent systems, build robust pipelines, and contribute to end-to-end machine learning lifecycle management.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and deploy AI/ML models in a production environmentLeverage NLP and GenAI frameworks for advanced language processing applicationsCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business problems into AI solutionsImplement MLOps best practices for model training, validation, monitoring, and deploymentUtilize cloud-native tools and platforms for scalable ML operationsOptimize and maintain model performance and infrastructureMust-Have Skills3–5 years of practical experience in AI/ML engineeringProficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, and ML libraries such as Scikit-learn, XGBoost, and LightGBMExperience with cloud ML platforms: AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, or Azure MLStrong hands-on expertise in NLP and GenAI tools: Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndexSolid understanding of MLOps tools like MLflow, Weights & Biases, DVCDeployment skills using FastAPI, Flask, Docker, and KubernetesPractical knowledge of Vector Databases and Text-to-SQL models (e.g., SQL Coder)Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersIf you're passionate about building intelligent systems and working on cutting-edge AI technologies, and you meet the qualifications above, we’d love to hear from you.
