Position Summary• The Scrum Lead / Agile Project Manager will drive agile execution and sprint delivery across Workfront related initiatives, ensuring structured planning, execution, and retrospectives that promote velocity and collaboration. • This role is instrumental in enabling cross-functional alignment and removing delivery blockers in complex, multi-team environments. • As a central point of coordination, you’ll lead key agile ceremonies - sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, and retrospectives - while managing delivery timelines, dependencies, and team cadence across both technical and business stakeholders. • Familiarity with agile methodologies, marketing workflows, and enterprise work management platforms like Workfront and Jira is essential.Key Responsibilities• Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies across 2-week sprint cycles, including: o Sprint planning o Daily standups o Backlog review & prioritization o Sprint demos and retrospectives • Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize the backlog and define sprint goals aligned with business value. • Track sprint progress, capacity, and throughput using Workfront, Jira, or similar tools. • Create and maintain agile dashboards and reporting frameworks to drive visibility and transparency. • Identify delivery risks, cross-team dependencies, and blockers - proactively working with stakeholders to resolve them. • Document key sprint outcomes, action items, and retrospective learnings to drive continuous improvement. • Maintain strong lines of communication across business, technology, and operational teams to ensure alignment and engagement. • Support Workfront-related enhancements, integrations, or process initiatives with agile rigor and discipline. • Champion agile best practices and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and adaptability. • Time Zone Requirement: Availability during Eastern Time Zone hours is required to anchor standups and scrum formalities. • Reporting & Collaboration: Works closely with product owners, functional leads, business stakeholders, and Workfront administrators.Preferred Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Project Management, or a related field • 5–7 years of experience in Agile project delivery or Scrum Master roles • Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM) highly preferred• Proficiency with agile project management tools such as Workfront, Jira, or similar workflow/project tools • Experience working in cross-functional and distributed team environments • Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple concurrent sprints or project streams • Experience in marketing operations, digital project management, or enterprise workflow optimization is a plus
