Job Description:We are looking for a proactive and skilled Help Desk Engineer – L1 to provide first-level technical support for an international customer. This role involves remote operations, but candidates located in Kollam, Trivandrum, or Kochi are preferred.Key Responsibilities:Assign and manage support tickets using a ticketing systemProvide first-level IT support for:Servers, firewalls, desktops, laptops, and peripheralsNetwork connections, printers, and Microsoft Office applicationsMonitor IT infrastructure using RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) toolsPerform system administration and basic troubleshooting for Windows OS and applicationsLinux server administration and troubleshooting (preferred but not mandatory)Escalate unresolved issues to next-level support or hardware vendorsHandle other ad-hoc IT support tasks as neededRequirements:Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldHands-on experience with ticketing tools and remote support softwarePrior experience in a helpdesk or technical support role is advantageousStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independentlyGood verbal and written communication skills in EnglishPreferred Candidate Profile:Based in Kollam, Trivandrum, or KochiSelf-driven with a customer-focused mindsetComfortable working with international teams across time zonesUrgent Requirement, immediate joiners preferred
