Job Description Talent Acquisition and Management: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire the right sales talent. Partner with sales leadership to understand current & future hiring needs and develop job descriptions. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Oversee performance management processes, providing guidance to middle managers on coaching, counseling, and performance improvement plans.Employee Management: Serve as a point of contact for sales team members on HR-related matters. Address and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. Lead or support employee engagement initiatives within the sales team.Strategic HR Support: Partner with sales leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
