The role involves achieving monthly business targets through focused outreach, demos, and deal closures — with regular involvement from senior leadership in strategic meetings. This is a target-driven role backed by a collaborative structure, you're not a one-person army. Your success will be supported by a dedicated Tele Sales team and technical resources to help you close business.Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Tele Sales Oversight Manage and guide the Tele Sales team for daily outreach, lead qualification, and demo scheduling. Review data sources, monitor call quality, and optimize scripts to improve output. Ensure weekly lead targets are met and aligned with monthly business goals. Client Engagement & Business Conversion Engage with qualified industrial prospects through virtual and on-site meetings. Present the value of 3D animations, AR/VR/XR for industrial marketing, training, and sales enablement. Involve senior management in key initial meetings to drive confidence and closure. Drive monthly client acquisition and billing targets as agreed with leadership. Trade Shows & Industrial Events Represent the company at expos, trade shows, and conferences. Conduct live demonstrations and interact with visitors to generate quality leads. Manage timely follow-ups and conversions post-event. Solution Alignment & Tech Coordination Collaborate with the 3D Creative & Tech team to ensure solutions are tailored to client needs. Provide client feedback to refine offerings and ensure deliverables match expectations. Translate business problems into immersive solution proposals with the support of the technical team. Sales Tracking & Reporting Use CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) to manage pipelines, log interactions, and track conversions. Submit weekly reports outlining lead status, conversion potential, and forecasted billing. Meet or exceed agreed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets. Client Visits & Relationship Building Travel as required for meetings, site visits, and expos. Build long-term relationships with industrial stakeholders to drive repeat business.Required Skills & Experience 3–6 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial tech, SaaS, or digital solutions. Strong ability to manage Tele Sales resources and qualify high-quality leads. Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving monthly billing. Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially for technical storytelling. Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho). Willingness to travel for meetings and events.
