Strong acumen for gathering and analyzing market intelligence. Identify and establish contact and maintain relationship with CXO/VP/Functional heads of the prospective organizations. Nurturing client relationship and developing trust and confidence with seamless delivery. Regular service meetings with the existing clients to understand and address their concerns and partnering with them for their manpower needs. Manage engagement with the candidates and client through the entire process till the final placement at the clients organization. Prepare job description, incisive candidate reports and progress reports. Meet the process, time and quality guidelines. Driving daily/weekly/monthly recruitment metrics (Time to Fill Ratio TAT, Quality, Offer-Joinee ratio etc.) Meeting and exceeding the monthly revenue targets through effective planning & efficient delivery.Desired Candidature - :8-15 years of recruitment experience managing mid-senior and leadership roles. Ability to handle various recruiting in a fast paced, proactive recruitment scenarios and structured environment. Excellent Customer Relations Management skills. Must have good analytical, problem solving, decision making & people management skills.
