Role Summary The Sales Coordinator cum Sales Enablement Manager will act as the critical bridge between MTOR’s channel sales team, marketing, and internal support teams. This dual-role professional will coordinate daily sales operations, streamline customer communications, ensure order processing accuracy, and simultaneously work on enabling the sales force with tools, analytics, and training support to improve productivity and revenue outcomes. Key ResponsibilitiesSales Coordination (60%) ·Support the channel sales team in order processing, quotation management, customer follow-ups, and documentation. ·Coordinate between sales, logistics, finance, and customer service to ensure timely deliveries and payments. ·Maintain and update customer databases, tender portals, and institutional engagement trackers. ·Assist with new dealer onboarding and distributor coordination for institutional orders and GeM/Rate Contracts. ·Maintain and monitor the sales pipeline, backorder reports, and monthly MIS tracking. Sales Enablement (40%) ·Develop and manage a centralized library of product brochures, pricing sheets, competitor decks, and case studies for the sales team. ·Organize regular product and soft-skills training sessions with principals and internal experts. ·Work closely with marketing to create emailers, PPT decks, WhatsApp creatives, and channel partner campaigns. ·Design enablement dashboards for tracking KPIs: funnel velocity, win-rates, partner-wise targets vs achievements. ·Collect feedback from the sales team to fine-tune internal processes, tools, and channel strategies. Required Skills & Experience ·Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Business Administration. ·0-3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales operations, or enablement—preferably in Biotech/Healthcare/Scientific industries. ·Proficiency in Excel, CRM software (Zoho/Salesforce), ODOO, PowerPoint, and basic Canva tools. ·Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills. ·Experience in handling institutional/Govt customers and e-portals (e.g., GeM, eProcure, RCs) is a strong plus.
