JOB TITLE : Leadership Hiring RecruiterDESIGNATION: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager / Deputy ManagerQUALIFICATION & PQE : MBA & 5+ years of Post Qualification experience in Recruitment.The ideal candidate will be someone from an Executive search firm or similar industry who has hands on experience in hiring Leadership roles. Should have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. Should be able to manage Senior Stake holders at Leadership level. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.Overall Synopsis of the Role:Should have minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment of which minimum 2 years of experience in Leadership hiring. Candidates from Executive Search firm would be most preferred. Regular MBA from a decent B-school would be an added advantage. Should have excellent command over English (written & verbal) Should be very good in terms of Stake holder management especially at Senior Leadership level. Should be well versed in Excel and reporting. Your Job starts once the JR (Job Requisition) is received from the stake holders. Starting from Role clarity call to sourcing to offer closure till joining would be your end to end sole responsibility. Prior experience in terms of preparing Fitment and offer negotiation at senior levels involving other perks and benefits besides CTC is must to have for this role. Must be a data driven person and a subject matter expert in terms of sourcing through all possible Channels. Linkedin Recruiter certification and an expert in Linkedin recruitment is the person we are hunting for!!!
