The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and nurturing client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. They will collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, analyze account performance, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. The Account Manager will proactively address client concerns and provide solutions, prepare reports and presentations, and maintain accurate account and stock records.Qualifications Strong knowledge of account management best practices and techniques Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making Project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/Busy software Experience in the relevant industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Accounts, or a related field Ability to work independently and as part of a team
