The Performance Marketer will be responsible for developing and implementing performance marketing strategies, managing online advertising campaigns, analyzing data to optimize performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role involves continuous monitoring, reporting on KPIs, and identifying trends for further growth potential.Qualifications Experience in developing and managing performance marketing strategies Proficiency in handling online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital platforms Analytical skills to assess data, generate insights, and optimize marketing performance Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and remotely Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Experience in the startup ecosystem is a plus
