The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of scalable backend solutions that support large-scale health and human services systems.Your role in our mission • Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend applications using .NET (C#) • Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views in SQL Server or PostgreSQL • Work with JSON-based data formats for configuration, integration, and data exchange • Participate in code reviews to ensure high standards of quality, performance, and maintainability • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, frontend developers, and DevOps engineers • Support infrastructure-as-code (IAC) patterns in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members. • Participate in product design discussions and ensure compliance with client requirements and system consistency • Provide technical consultation and support to internal teams and senior stakeholders
