Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a seasoned B2B sales professional who thrives in the professional services environment and has a passion for building lasting client relationships. You will be the driving force behind our business development efforts, from initial lead generation through successful client onboarding. Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Business Development Proactively identify and generate qualified leads through various channels including cold outreach, networking, referrals, and digital platforms Research and target potential clients who would benefit from virtual CFO services Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with consistent follow-up strategies Lead Qualification & Sales Process Conduct thorough needs assessments to qualify prospects and understand their financial advisory requirements Present compelling value propositions tailored to each prospect's specific business challenges Navigate complex B2B sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers Negotiate terms and close deals while maintaining healthy profit margins Client Onboarding Excellence Ensure seamless transition from prospect to client through structured onboarding processes Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee smooth handoffs and exceptional first impressions Monitor client satisfaction during the critical onboarding phase Address any concerns or challenges that arise during the initial client setup Sales & Marketing Alignment Work closely with marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning Provide feedback on marketing materials and campaigns based on client interactions Contribute to content creation for sales enablement tools and marketing collateral Participate in marketing events, webinars, and industry networking opportunities Relationship Management & Growth Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their evolving business needs Generate referrals and testimonials from satisfied clients Required QualificationsExperience & Background Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, specifically within professional services Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a consultative selling environment Experience selling to C-level executives, business owners, and senior management Skills & Competencies Expert-level B2B sales skills with deep understanding of complex sales cycles Exceptional prospecting and lead generation abilities Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools Advanced negotiation and closing techniques Ability to build rapport and establish trust with high-level decision makers Industry Knowledge Understanding of financial services, accounting, or business advisory services preferred Knowledge of CFO services, financial planning, and business strategy concepts is a plus Familiarity with the SME and mid-market business landscape Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field Experience with virtual or remote service delivery models Previous experience in the financial advisory or accounting services sector Strong network within the business community Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Certification in sales methodologies (SPIN, Challenger, Solution Selling, etc.) What We OfferCompetitive base salary with attractive commission structure Performance-based incentives and bonuses Comprehensive benefits package Opportunity to work with a pioneering company in the virtual CFO space Professional development and growth opportunities Collaborative and supportive work environment Flexible working arrangements Ready to Drive Our Growth?
