Handle all communications, negotiations, and follow-ups with potential sponsors. Research and identify new brands, companies, and innovative channels for sponsorship opportunities. Devise and execute strategies to reach out to marketers and secure collaborations for Mepass— your hustle will be felt. Maintain and update records of outreach, leads, and deal progress. Support the team in closing sponsorship deals—your initiative and drive will directly impact our success.What’s In It For You? Stipend: ₹10,000 (fixed) Performance Bonus: Up to ₹30,000 Commission: 1-2% of every deal you help close (For context: A single average deal might be ₹40-50 Lakhs, so your earning potential could go up to ₹1 Lakh per month or more!)
