This on-site role focused on driving presales excellence across customer engagements. The Presales Manager will be responsible for shaping solution strategies, building compelling value narratives, and owning the demo lifecycle from design to delivery.The ideal candidate will work closely with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to understand client needs, translate them into tailored solution demonstrations, and ensure seamless transitions from sales to delivery. This role is crucial in helping prospects visualize business outcomes through the platform.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with prospective customers to understand their business goals and technical requirements Deliverhigh-impact product demonstrationscustomized to client contexts Leaddemo engineering , including configuring demo environments and building scenario-based flows Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to align demos with latest capabilities and roadmaps Own responses toRFPs, RFIs, and solution proposalswith clear articulation of value Conductworkshops, sales discovery sessions, and consultative engagementswith client stakeholders Support the sales team in creatingbusiness cases, value decks, and solution strategies Act as a trusted advisor across thepresale's lifecycle, from qualification to closureQualificationsStrong analytical and solution design skills Proven experience inpresales, solution consulting , or similar customer-facing technical roles Demonstrated expertise inproduct demonstrations and demo environment configuration Experience engaging withclients across Asia and the Middle East , with a track record of influencing stakeholders and converting opportunities Excellent communication, storytelling, andpresentation skills Familiarity with enterprise software ( HCM or SaaS platforms preferred ) Bachelor’s or master's degree inbusiness, Engineering , or related fieldsOur CultureWe areboldin our vision,focusedon our execution, and alwaysstriving to winfor our clients, our teams, and our future.
