HR Operations Manager at Superset About Superset Superset is India’s largest University Recruitment Platform - a placement automation tool for universities and a digital campus hiring platform for employers. Our team is dedicated towards leveraging the technology to solve all the challenges and problems you could think of during a typical placement season.simplifying the graduate recruitment market in India by connecting students and employers via on-campus placement cells. At present, we work with 400+ colleges and 1800+ recruiters in India and are growing fast. Companies like Capgemini, Cognizant, Hexaware, HDFC Bank, RPG Group and 100’s more use Superset to automate their campus hiring process.Roles and Responsibilities | What will you do? Owning and taking care of HR Operations related to offers, contracts, onboardings and exits, Coordinate with the founders in designing and implementing company policies, and setting up various HR processes, Managing internal HRMS and databases, payroll related activities, and work on company-wide audit related activities for any statutory compliances, Collaborate with the founders and the key stakeholders in defining and building Superset culture, and actively taking care of people processes, Address people related grievances and do continuous mental health checks through one on one chats/conversations with the team.Requirements | You’ll be a great addition to the team if: You have great communication skills - both verbal and written, You have an overall understanding and knowledge of the Human Resources function, You are quick to learn and can work with minimal supervision, You are open to new learning opportunities within the company while working with teams.How can Superset help you on your journey?
