Senior Automation Developer Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Automation Developer to join our team. This role requires a skilled professional who can work directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design robust automation solutions, and deliver end-to-end RPA implementations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about exploring new automation technologies and driving innovation within our organization. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade RPA solutions using UiPath Studio Build reusable automation frameworks and components following best practices Implement complex workflows involving API integrations, database connections, and system interfaces Develop exception handling mechanisms and logging frameworks for robust automation solutions Create and maintain automation documentation and technical specifications Manage UiPath Orchestrator environments (development, testing, production) Deploy automation packages and manage bot scheduling, monitoring, and maintenance Implement security protocols and access controls within Orchestrator Monitor bot performance, analyze logs, and troubleshoot production issues Manage queues, assets, and credential management within Orchestrator Conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs) for new automation technologies and tools Research and evaluate emerging RPA platforms and AI-powered automation solutions Stay current with automation trends including Process Mining, Task Mining, and Document Understanding Present findings and recommendations for new technology adoption Work with business users to gather and analyze automation requirements Conduct process assessment sessions and identify automation opportunities Provide technical guidance during requirement gathering and solution design phases Lead UAT sessions and coordinate deployment activities with business stakeholders Deliver training sessions to business users on automated processes Estimate project timelines and resource requirements Ensure adherence to development standards and quality guidelines Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, Security, and Compliance Deliver projects within agreed timelines and quality standardsRequired Technical Skills 5+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath Studio and Orchestrator Advanced knowledge of UiPath activities, workflows, and framework development Experience with UiPath AI Center, Action Center, and Apps (preferred) Proficiency in REFramework and custom framework development Understanding of UiPath licensing models and architecture Strong programming skills in and C# Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or other enterprise databases Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML processing Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Azure DevOps, or similar) Understanding of CI/CD principles and deployment automation Exposure to AI/ML concepts and their application in automation Knowledge of other RPA tools Understanding of Process Mining tools (UiPath Process Mining, Celonis, etc.) Experience with OCR technologies and document processing solutions Required Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Strong presentation skills for demonstrating solutions and POCs Active listening skills for effective requirement gathering Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality deliverables Proactive approach to identifying improvement opportunities Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and automation approaches Preferred Qualifications UiPath Advanced Developer Certification or equivalent Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies Previous experience in business process analysis or process improvement Exposure to Ui Automation, intelligent document processing and computer vision technologies
