If you're passionate about driving social innovation through structured thinking and creative problem-solving, we’d love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities Strategic Analysis & Formulation • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to inform strategic decisions. • Develop actionable insights and recommendations that support organizational goals. • Apply a structured, consulting-based approach to diagnose challenges and develop innovative solutions. • Provide cross-functional strategic support as needed.Program Design & Partnerships • Collaborate in designing, implementing, and refining high-impact programs and initiatives. • Support partnership development and fundraising strategies, including crafting compelling narratives and pitch materials.Presentation & Communication • Create persuasive presentations and reports for external stakeholders, partners, and funders. • Communicate complex ideas in a clear, engaging, and structured manner.Qualifications • A degree in Business or Engineering. • 5–10 years of experience in strategy consulting, program design, or related roles. • Strong research and analytical capabilities; ability to derive insights and craft coherent narratives. • Interest in or appreciation for science, technology, and the innovation ecosystem. • Exceptional presentation and communication skills; experience with grant writing or philanthropic communications is a strong plus. • Willingness to work from ourBangalore office (this is not a remote position).What We Offer • A fast-paced, purpose-driven work environment. • Close mentorship and collaboration with the Founder & CEO. • Opportunities to make a tangible impact in the social innovation space. • A clear growth path to senior leadership roles within the organization.
