(apart from professional experience)What you'll do? Involve yourself in development and execution of lead converting strategies. Maintain lead database, assign a weekly target for yourself and strive for conversions. If you have a passion of selling an idea with a knack of consumer psychology- this position is for you.What does our clientele look like? Multi Sport Arenas, High Performance Centres, Niche sports academies, Sports Distributors, Sporting Leagues, Athlete Brand Management, D2C Sports Brands.Key idea: An ideal role for somebody who is really interested in talking to people and making business out of it. Your day would be filled with reaching out to people- setting up appointments and physically meeting them. Primarily, this role would also involve setting up databases and initial research. The aftermath of each approach should be recorded and co-ordinated with the internal team and updated in the database, which also makes this a sort of operational role.Type:In Office Location:Bangalore (Seshadripuram) Compensation:Strictly on conversion basis for the first 1 month (probational internship) following a full time conversion. Experience level:Mid to Senior Level (1-3 years of experience) Joining Date:Immediate, Next 30 days Normal Work Timings:Mon-Fri, 10am - 6pmRecommended Applications:Bangalore Specific OnlyKey Responsibilities: Develop research database for leads that align with overall agency clientele vision. Getting the initial conversation started, setting up appointments, successfully converting the client for the next round of technical pitch. Know what the strength points of the agency are and build suitable clientele relationships. Manage both social and physical outbound lead framework. Make use of all social platforms to reach out to clients as well as reach out to them physically.This role involves commitment. It is like growing a brand from scratch. Envisioning your tasks- they would involve: research, plan (strategy), communication (internal and external), execute. As a acquisition specialist, it is your job to bring in clients and maintain good relationship with them.Qualifications: Is a person who loves ownership, control and loves to create the pathway to solve problems. Can adjust to the dynamic nature a startup brings. Preferably has worked in a startup before. Has a knack for sales, knows the native language (Kannada).
