The RoleAsHead of Growth , you'll own the strategy and execution behind bothclient acquisitionandHarmoney’s own lead generation . You’ll combine modern tactics (GenAI, automation, personalization) with proven channels (ABM, cold email, PPC, content) to attract and convert SaaS businesses at scale. This is a strategicandhands-on role — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, lean, and outcome-driven environment. What You'll DoDevelop and lead a full-funnel growth strategy to bring in $1M–$2M in ARR within Year 1 Launch and optimize ABM, cold outreach, content, and paid campaigns — both for Harmoney and our SaaS clients Build a lean, high-performing growth team around what works Use data to improve CPL, LTV:CAC, and conversion rates across campaigns Apply GenAI tools (like Smartlead, Clay, and others) to scale personalized outreach Create partner channels with SaaS communities and agencies Document and refine scalable lead gen playbooks that can be repeated and scaled You Might Be a Fit If You:Think like a founder — and act like one Have 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, marketing, or demand gen Have scaled revenue, landed big SaaS clients, or built repeatable systems that drive results Are skilled in cold email, ABM, SEO, PPC, and content marketing Know how to use GenAI tools and automation to amplify performance Communicate clearly, lead confidently, and thrive in a remote, results-driven team
