You don’t just execute campaigns. You orchestrate growth . Here’s what the role looks like:Architect and lead paid media strategies across multiple channels Own performance across a growing portfolio of brands Guide a team (or build one) while staying hands-on where it counts Collaborate with creatives and strategists to turn insights into action Report with clarity, optimize with intention, and scale with confidence You might be our person if: You have 5+ years of experience in performance marketing (agency or in-house) You’re both strategic and executional — vision without ego You’ve led budgets, grown teams, and hit ambitious targets You want flexibility, but you bring accountability You’re available part-time and ready to create real impact Let’s talk.
