Roles and Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Associates and Sales Representatives Drive your team to meet weekly revenue and enrolment targets Train and monitor the team to ensure consistent sales performance and process excellence Guide learners through career choices, explain program benefits, and close enrolments via phone/video calls Own the end-to-end sales cycle – from counselling to post-sales relationship management Handle escalations, improve customer experience, and maintain high service quality Track team performance using data, build structured feedback loops, and improve outcomes Share insights on customer behaviour, competition, and market dynamics with stakeholders Minimum Requirement: 1+ years of experience leading a sales team, preferably in EdTech Excellent Tamil and English communication skills – written and verbal Strong presentation, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills Proven ability to coach, guide, and retain high-performing remote teams A data-driven leader with a structured approach to building and scaling sales processes High on empathy, patience, and customer service orientation Motivated by purpose, performance, and making a real impact in people’s lives.
