Job Title: Sales Executive Job Summary: Digital Saransh is looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and professional Sales Executive to support senior executives working with one of our real estate clients. This role involves a mix of administrative support, client interaction, and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-organized, and experienced in handling both real estate client communications and student admissions-related concerns for our client's foundation. Key Responsibilities: Manage calendars and appointments for executives and business leaders Assist in organizing and attending meetings, webinars, seminars, and presentations Help executives prepare for business discussions and networking events (e.g., BNI meetings) Draft and respond to emails and official communications on behalf of executives Prepare documents, presentations, and meeting notes as required Represent the client company confidently in meetings and networking sessions Coordinate follow-ups and ensure timely execution of post-meeting tasks Handle student inquiries and support the admission process for the client’s educational foundation Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth handling of student data and documentation Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Prior experience in administrative coordination, scheduling, or similar roles Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail Presentable, proactive, and confident in professional settings Experience in real estate or student admission processes is highly preferred Why Join ?
