Within the Architecture & Design department we strive to create, design, and develop unique experiences for our customers. The Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center, India will help support these initiatives and lead through creativity and innovation for the organization and its portfolio of distinct brands. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES: Strong technical AutoCAD proficiency to support production of development documents Revit proficiency a plus Ability to apply knowledge of architecture principles to achieve successful outcomes in store designs that ensure compliance with established brand standards Capable of setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple projects in a multi-brand, fast-paced, and changing environments Ability to successfully create or review PKLs, PSLs and Exterior Elevations for New Restaurants, remodels and refreshes. Highly motivated and the ability to work as team player Ability adapt and learn multiple brand standards Ability to interface and maintain excellent professional relationships with a variety of audiences including franchise partners, internal construction and real-estate teams, outsourced consultants.
