Responsibilities Develop Alternate Channel Business: Identify and target new business opportunities within OEM Car Dealers to expand the lubricants business in the assigned territory. Market Intelligence: Ascertain market intelligence to develop compelling value proposition to the potential prospect. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with the decision-makers and influencers within existing accounts and prospective clients to foster long-term partnerships. Sales Strategy Implementation: Implement the sales strategies to achieve business growth and meet sales targets. Promotional Activities: Execute promotional schemes and activities as directed to enhance brand visibility and drive sales. Payment Recovery: Ensure timely recovery of payments from clients, maintaining accurate records and following up as necessary to secure outstanding dues. Collaboration with Regional KAMs: Work closely with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide necessary management information system (MIS) reports to track and measure performance. Qualifications A candidate with any graduation, preferably an MBA from a reputed institute is required. The Candidate should have strong interpersonal efficiency, exceptional communication, influencing skills.
